Metal frame
All our houses are constructed 100% in the factory, and once they’re finished they are transported in units to the location. This is possible due to an ironed frame, that provides hardness and structural resistance to the cottage. Swedish pine wood is dried 12% in a furnace, which provides heat in winter time and a pleasant fresh sensation in the summer. As example, during the winter, the needed power to condition a square metre is 223,5 watts, in other words, nearly every room can be conditioned with a 2000 watt heater.
Roof
Inside there are visible beams of 150x45mm. that combine hardness and style.
Outside there are metalic roof tiles of electroplated steel, covered with granulated rock, and fungicide. System certified by the ISO 9002 standards.
Rockwool is used as insulator. This material decreases the loss of heat during winter months about 36%, because it creates vapour barriers which allow the humidity to flow towards the outside part of the house, increasing the life span and efficiency of the insulator.
In addition it resists hard rains, winds with snow, the technology employed in these materials decreases acoustic pollution and prevents mushroom formation on the surface of the roof.
Sanitary facilities
We use esthetic and safe avant-garde elements.
The alternatives vary according to the customer needs. The different sanitary elements are from recognized brands to ensure the reliability: Teka, Sangra, Thermor, Aquanova… All the elements fulfill the standards ISO 9002 requirements.
